We rented a car in San Francisco with delivery in Los Angeles. Halfway through the trip, we had a problem: all the warning lights on our car came on. Luckily, the car was running fine, so we went to the Budget/AVIS office in the closest city to us, Flagstaff, and in about 8 minutes, they replaced the car with a new one. Great, efficient.

James at the Avis counter at the Flagstaff airport is my most favorite person right now. I rented a car from the Phoenix airport and drove to Flagstaff. That drive was one of the scariest I have ever done. I could not drive back down to the Phoenix airport due to my fear of heights. When I called Avis to ask to drop the car off at Flagstaff they told me I would have to pay an extra $800. The lady was so rude. I knew I could not drive down the mountain so I was going to have to pay the change fee. I got to the airport and James was so kind. He said he completely understood and he would waive all the fees. THIS is customer service. He has compassion and empathy and should receive a raise and a promotion as he is the only person at Avis that seems to care about their customers.Thank you James. I will never forget this experience.

George and Darren are absolutely amazing. They saved our trip. George came and picked us up off the side of I-17 when our car broke down. Darren was able to get us exactly what we needed and gave us discounts to help us out. Highly recommend Budget if you need a rental!

Absolutely amazing. We were stuck on the side of the road. George picked us up on the side of the road on 1-17. Grabbed all of our belongings. Drove us to the office. Top to bottom nicest and most accommodating service. Would give 20 stars if I could.
