Customer service and speed! We could not be more impressed with the service here at the Budget/Flagstaff airport. After we had a blowout in our original rental, we drove it in. They had us taken care of, including an upgrade and back on the road in no time. Darron and his staff will 100% take care of you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had rented a car from LAX and the next day it came up with an " Oil rchange required" message on the dash. Initially tried the Budget customer service phone but was given a huge run around which totally changed my booking. So went and saw Darron at S Pullman Drove location and within 10 minutes he had organised a replacement car at the airport location and had the booking fixed as it should have been. Super happy with the service at both locals. Thanks Darron & James
