Western-style steakhouse pairing its meats with drinks & entertainment including a magician & music.
Big E Spaghetti Western leans hard into its name: a Western-style steakhouse and saloon in Grand Canyon Village that pairs its meats with drinks and live entertainment, including a magician and music some nights. It's one of the more theatrical dinner options this close to the South Rim, and the saloon décor gets consistent praise even when the food doesn't.
Despite the steakhouse billing, reviewers note the menu leans heavily on pasta dishes alongside the steaks — Bolognese and Alfredo show up as often as the filet medallions. The medallions themselves, served with whipped potatoes and carrots, get solid marks, and the potato skins come out portioned for sharing (one review described a single order as "like 2 whole baked potatoes on the plate"). BBQ ribs also get called out as tender and flavorful. Service is generally attentive, but a few diners flagged inconsistent food quality and prices that run steep for the portion.
It's a fitting stop after a day on the rim — go in for the Western atmosphere and the steak, and treat the rest of the menu as a coin flip.

The best restaurant at the Grand Canyon, they speak Spanish and have gluten-free options. A great choice.

Worst place I've ever been to in a 30-day road trip on the West Side. The food was unpresentable, and the service was questionable... I won't waste time going into detail about what went wrong. I'll just say that this is my first negative review of a place in 30 years. Go anywhere but here. You'll thank me.
